The first edition of Digital Production Essentials was successfully done June 29-July 1.
FIX IT IN PREP! Following this motto, our ten participants from seven European countries learned the essentials of digital production workflow and how it is linked to schedules and budgets. "The Digital Production Essential’s workshop surpassed my expectations in terms of content and expert-level teaching. […] I took away some fantastic contacts for my network across Europe, as well as pages of notes for future projects.", participant Sam Ainsworth said after the workshop.
Two highlights of many were the study visits at LEDcave Berlin, to see how virtual production can be done, and to The Post Republic to go in-depth of VFX budgeting and digital sound design.
