Innovation management experts Nele Fischer (Freelance Futurist and Coach) and Flavia Bleuel (HPI Academy GmbH) introduced in our workshop BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: LEADING INNOVATION AND CHANGE IN FILM AND TV agile techniques of Design Thinking and SCRUM while Gill Thewlis (Aperté) helped participants think strategically and design an accurate business plan. Other speakers were Robert van Hunsel (Ticketing Group), Ludwig Källén (Plattform Produktion) and Erwin M. Schmidt (Cinemathon International).
