We are delighted to officially welcome fifteen exceptional media professionals to the fourth edition of AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN.
After a competitive selection process, we have identified a diverse group of mid-to-senior level managers from across Europe who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Representing 13 different countries and various sectors of the audiovisual value chain, this cohort embodies the talent and resilience of the modern European media landscape.
Navigating a Changing Industry
The media industry is currently operating in a "VUCA" environment (meaning: volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous). To thrive here, leaders need more than just technical know-how; they need adaptability, vision, and strong networks.
Over the coming months, these fifteen women will undergo a transformative experience designed to enhance their skillsets in digital leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
