We welcome the second cohort of the executive master's degree program for the international audiovisual industry to their first lectures.
Last week marked the beginning of the winter semester of 2023 for the students in Potsdam. Among them are also 10 students who are starting their studies in European Film Business and Law LL.M. | MBA. For their first online module, covering the Economic Framework of the European Film & TV Business, the students from Austria, Brazil, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Mexico, Romania, and the UK came together remotely.
In a few weeks, as part of one of two scheduled on-site modules, they will meet for the first time in Potsdam to get to know their fellow students and faculty in person. As a special highlight, a Studio Babelsberg tour is planned where the students not only will get to know the studio but can also find inspiration for the semesters to come.
The master's degree European Film Business and Law LL.M. | MBA is an international program for prospective executives in the audiovisual industry, the legal sector and young professionals interested in better understanding the film business. It is a project by the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, the University of Potsdam, and the Erich Pommer Institut.
